To protect your assets and accelerate your operations, we govern all technological deployment under our Augmented Stewardship Framework:

• The Mandate: When building digital ecosystems (such as automated databases, workflow architectures, or client-facing AI systems) for your organization, we prioritize closed-system integrity.

• The Deployment: Any AI or automated system built by MountUp for your internal use is designed to augment your staff's capabilities, reduce operational drag, and scale your impact without compromising your proprietary methodologies.

3. DATA SOVEREIGNTY

Your proprietary organizational data, donor lists, financial records, and operational blueprints are treated with the highest level of security.

• Closed-Loop Environments: We process your information strictly within enterprise-grade, secure software environments.

• Zero Training Data: We strictly prohibit the use of your proprietary data to "train" public, open-source, or foundational AI models. We utilize API configurations and enterprise agreements that enforce zero-data-retention policies. What enters the MountUp ecosystem stays securely within the MountUp ecosystem.

4. DATA LIFECYCLE & SECURITY ASSURANCE:

We do not hold your data hostage, nor do we store it indefinitely without cause.

• Data Post-Contract: Upon the completion of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) or termination of services, all proprietary data is either securely transferred back to your internal servers or purged from our active processing environments within 60 days, unless otherwise required for legal or audit compliance.

• Incident Response: In the highly unlikely event of a vulnerability or breach within our third-party enterprise software stack, MountUp is committed to a rapid-disclosure protocol, notifying your executive team within 48 hours of verified impact.

5. SPECIALIST ECOSYTEM & SUBCONTRACTOR PROTOCOL

As Ecosystem Architects, MountUp Support Ltd frequently deploys specialized, vetted professionals (e.g., licensed CPAs, external auditors, or legal reviewers) to execute specific, high-level nodes of a project. Any third-party specialist brought into our operational pipeline operates under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and is legally bound by this exact Data Sovereignty framework. Your data is only shared on a strict need-to-know basis to execute the contracted deliverables.

6. HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP VERIFICATION & FINAL APPROVAL 

While we leverage augmented processing for unprecedented speed and structural design, every deliverable undergoes rigorous human review by our Lead Strategists. We architect the systems and draft the narratives, but the Client retains ultimate approval authority. The Client remains responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of their proprietary historical data, financial metrics, and final compliance requirements prior to any official external submission.

7. PROTOCOL AMENDMENTS & EVOLUTION

Technology moves rapidly, and so do our security standards. MountUp Support Ltd reserves the right to amend, upgrade, or modify this protocol at any time to maintain compliance with global data protection standards and enterprise tech advancements. The most current version of this protocol will always govern our data processing practices. While MountUp will make reasonable administrative efforts to notify active clients of material changes to data handling, it remains the Client's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued engagement of MountUp’s services and/or payment of active invoices following any published updates constitutes formal acceptance of the revised protocol.

8. THE STEWARDSHIP ECONOMIC GUARANTEE

By leveraging high-end operational technology, we refuse to charge our partners for manual hours spent on tasks a system can execute flawlessly in seconds. Our technology stack ensures you are investing in our strategic wisdom, ecosystem architecture, and executive execution—not our administrative typing speed.
