Welcome to MountUp Support Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (www.mountupsupport.com) or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and MountUp Support Ltd (RC 9247431), a company registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

MountUp Support Ltd provides operational infrastructure, grant consultancy, digital systems, and administrative support services.

Important Disclaimer:

• Consultancy Nature: We act as operational consultants and administrative support agents. We are not a law firm, a financial institution, or a licensed aviation operator.

• Grant Funding: While we employ professional standards in grant proposal development, we do not guarantee funding. Grant awards are at the sole discretion of the donor. Our fees are for the service of proposal development and technical writing, not for the outcome of the application.

• Aviation Support: Our aviation services are strictly limited to administrative, logistical, and business support. We do not operate aircraft or provide technical flight services regulated by the NCAA.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your organization when requested.

• Use our digital systems and deliverables for lawful purposes only.

• Ensure that any data or archives you provide for digitization do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or national security laws.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Our financial terms, including payment schedules for services offered, are available here.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software systems, is the property of MountUp Support Ltd and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of fees, ownership of specific deliverables created for you (e.g., your specific grant proposal, your finalized minute book) transfers to you. However, MountUp Support Ltd retains the rights to our underlying methodologies, templates, and "Background IP" used to create those deliverables.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

We adhere to a strict "Black Box" policy.

• We agree to keep all non-public information you disclose to us (financials, strategies, donor lists) confidential.

• We will not disclose your sensitive data to third parties unless required by law or necessary to perform the agreed services (e.g., filing returns with FIRS on your behalf).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, MountUp Support Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

• Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

• Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions of third parties, including rejection of applications by regulatory bodies or any grant-making body.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in Ogun State, Nigeria.
